BIOGRAPHY
We released our first EP “belong” in January, 2006. Reviews were good and it got airplay on local and national radio (Radio 3, Cadena 100.) There were quite a few shows, including a support slot with Ariel Rot. A year later in January, 2007, our first LP, “Home”, was put together and published off our own backs. Again, it was well received by the music press (Ruta 66, Popular 1, Mondosonoro.) We sent a song into the Converse - Azkena Rock Festival competition and were asked to play at the 2007 edition of the Azkena Rock Festival in September of 2007 in Vitoria-Gasteiz. 2008 saw us record a song for a Bob Dylan tribute album released by Hanky Panky Records, Ruta 66 and Producciones Smile. Our second album, “A Daemon Dozen”, recorded in the second half of 2008, was released in January of 2009. It was lauded with excellent reviews by the critics at Ruta 66, Mondosonoro and Radio 3. Artistas en Ruta asked the band to do several gigs around Spain that spring. The summer was time to jump on a plane and play at the ‘Le Cheile’ festival in Ireland. Since we started we have played all over the north and other parts of Spain at venues like Kafe Antzoki in Bilbao, Sala Azkena in Bilbao, Doka in San Sebastián, Sala Monasterio in Barcelona, Sala Bukowski in San Sebastián, Savoy Club in Gijón, Sala Totem in Villava, Sala Subsuelo in Pamplona, Plateruena Antzokia in Durango, Jimmy Jazz in Madrid, Cafe Avalon in Soria, etc.. etc
